I have got a new contract with telkom over the phone and everything went smooth and I could say I was hassel free however it now is a nightmare...I now have a phone delivered to me with a sim that can't be activated....I have contacted Telkom over 10 times and had the phone dropped on me so many times, they promised me it will be activated 5 to 10 Times...but nothing happens...i regret having taken a contract with a company that cant help their customers...I go to the store and they tell me they cant do anything,I need to call the call center.....I really hope that people never have to go through this again....think twice before going to telkom for mobile contracts.
