****py service!!!!

hi <br> <br> i ordered a phone from telkom mobile and they debited money from my account then they went quiet for days but when the request was approved they said i will receive my device with in 48 hours after the money has been debited. its been days now and when i call them no one attends my case kept on hold for an hour till i hang up <br> whats worse is they took my money but the never sent me a reference or anything. this is the worst service i have every received by far <br> <br> My brother was thinking of also buy from them and i advised him otherwise. he ordered from cellc with 2 days he had his cellphone im still with out a phone. yesterday i went to the telkom shop in sandton and they told me telkom mobile isnt part of their company and they cant assist me with anything or even refund me and cancel the order.
