I regret to share this , but i have been with Lte from the start, i used to get speeds of up to 64Mbps ,service was great , my cell reception was amazing, and so i referred almost 20 people and 2 businesses , all was good............ Until 3 months ago my Lte signal at home dropped (had to get 2 x booster antenna to help) speed went down (tonight 0.48Mbps) during the day about 4Mbps , internet is very slow , my cell signal drops alot , calls fail, now this is pathetic , i started calling the call center 3 months ago , they said a technician will call me before they come out, what do they do , pitch up at my house at 10am when im at work , only found that out when i called them again . i called again numerous times after that and no one can tell me what is going on, this sucks , they are forcing us all to start to cancel. Please inform me what you (Telkom) are going to do about this My email *** LET ME KNOW
