****py communication and no help!

We app**** for a new line with the adsl more than 4 weeks ago. No one to this date has been able to assist us further. No communication. We've called many times. Told that the application is now moved from one department to the next. Go to your store only to be told well too bad, if we think we waiting, there's people from December who've app**** and haven't had feedback or installations done. Thanks for nothing. Even your fb page seems to be lost!
