****py Broadband services

I live in Isipingo Hills No.64, as we have a Wi-Fi connection broadband with the telephone line we have with Telkom.

In December we lost services for around 3 months but after we fought to get the services back.... finally we did the services back for a month and a half or two we lost again both the telephone and the broadband is not working at the moment.

Telkom does not provide information when needed and they seem to not care that I need the internet badly.

Utterly poor services with Telkom as I have get back from work.
