**** service from "Telkom Irene Village Mall Express"

Telkom Irene Village Mall Express, they offer the most pathetic services these people. I have just took out the contract on 3-Sep-2018 with cellphone contract, and NOT the cheap contract. I was promised that my MTN number will be PORT within 24 hours and its now more than 48 hrs still my number not working and I m using the number for banking, business and sort of important things. I wish I should have stayed away from this ********, The service from Telkom just sucks. My account number is ********** 30. Can some one please advise if I can pull out of this **** contract... i m just so flippen disappointed
