**** service as usual!!!

Your shocking service just has no end. The bigger you become the more rediculous your service becomes.

I cancelled one service back in December and it's now May and I'm still being charged for it. Everytime you agents just say I'm going to ESCALATE it. I want to know where the hell is it being escalated to because no idiot is resolving this problem. Does your accounts department even exist?

You guys are really **** in resolving problems. Great products but consistentantly poor service!!!
