**** service and poor delivery

After waiting 3 months for my line to finally be installed, its finally installed now i have waited almost 2 weeks for my TIN number to become active and it is still not active, but get notified that my account will be debited on the 8th of this month after having all now for 2 weeks not being able to use it and the one consultant is a useless as the next is there anyone that can help????
