I did a application for a new contract on Monday afternoon at the Telkom Shop in Festival Mall. I was told by the agent that assisted me that they do not have stock on the Huawei Mate 20 pro but they will order one from the other stores and will take 24 to 48 hours to arrive. It has been more than 48 hours and I still have not been contacted to collect my phone. I have waisted over R60 worth of airtime on my phone phoning their help desk and holding on forever and only to find out that non of the branches recieved stock. Clearly Telkom is going down the same way as all the other SOE's in this country.
