Cracking attitude and sorted it out.
There was a technical issue with my Telkom line. It was a big issue with bandwidth, accounts, billing... A real comedy of systems errors. Urle sorted it out with a smile on his face and a great attitude in trying to understand EXACTLY what I needed. GOOD MAN!!
