Cracked Screen!!!!!!!????
<p>My huawei tablet couldn't charge,telkom told me to take it to huawei in canal walk.Took it there and they quoted me a ridiculous amount for the motherboard!!!Only had the tablet for 2 months,took tablet back to telkom canal walk.After having it for 8 weeks they also quoted us a ridiculous amount,my husband refused to pay,and said we only had the tablet for 2 months.Clearly it is defective!Telecom then said no the screen was cracked,and they quoting us on the screen!!!!Bear in mind I have the quote still.from.huawei,my screen was never cracked!!!!!Clearly someone cracked it in store or wherever they had it for 8 weeks!!!!My husband is still paying for a tablet I haven't used for almost 2 months,and now even more broken than it was before!!!!We demand answers!!!We will not pay for a **********,defective product!!!!My husband has 6 other contracts with telkom!!!If this is the way telkom deals with their clients,no feedback etc...We will take our business elsewhere!!!!</p>

14 Jun 2017, 12:06Just an update!!!!No one from telkom contacted me!!!!We have to constantly contact them,and its going to be the 5th month without my tablet,but they still debiting my account!!!! How the hell do you have service delivery like this!!!!!Our minds are made up we will be cancelling all our contracts soon!!!pathetic,*********** mobile company!!!!
