CR34CRK161217 Call logged on 16/12/2017 to date not resolved, we have not had a telephone line nor internet since 16/12/2017, we have been told the intern issue is because of the phone line, all we are told is that a techician will assist, as at today they still can’t guarantee when. This is not acceptable
