CPOA without a PHONE BOOTH

Good morning<br> This is now 8 months ago that the above complaint needs to be addressed.<br> My Grandmother has been living here for 15 years and recently the problem is becoming unbearable as these lovely old folks have no way of communicating with their families and vice versa.<br> This is the ONLY way that are able to chat and make arrangements with friends and family.<br> This is unacceptable that they DO NOT have this as its a lack of disrespect to them being citizens of this SA.<br> Please this is an URGENT request and kindly ensure that's its treated as this as you are setting an example of DONT CARE attitude and this is unprofessional and a total disregard for the elderly.<br> ACTION IMMEDIATELY.<br> Disgruntled Family member
