COVID19 Payment Relief Nightmare + Pathetic Staff
Due to COVID19, on the 20th of April I called Telkom to assist me in a payment pause or an arrangement for my cellphone contracts.
On the same day I was told to send a letter from my employer stating reduced salary pay and other documents in order to process the payment break for the 25th of April as I told it would be immediate.
Needless to say I got debited in full. I've tried calling 3 times for assistance only to be met with people who laughed at me when they thought they were in mute and people who left me holding so that they don't have deal with me.
Today I found out that I have no enquiry under my name and that I have to reverse the debit orders. I found that to be complete BS cause why would I ***** my credit record over by doing a reversal? Shouldn't Telkom reverse it since their staff messed up?
I've been moved from pillar to post and was dealt with as though I was stupid. By the likes of Confidence Mbele, Thulile Hlogwane and Ntuthuko Ntuli. In addition to a very rude consultant named Duduzi who dropped the phone on me whilst I was waiting on him to "call his manager".
The staff was rude, unprofessional and the whe situation is pathetic. I needed that money to pay rent. I've paid Telkom every month and on time and now that I need their assistance they're a no show and I've been made to look and feel stupid
I've never been so disrespected in my life! Worst service ever! Disgusting!!!
