I go onto telkom.co.za and I click on my house, which is in a complex, whichshows I have LTE coverage and I apply for the LTE uncapped online. I get a ticket and someone phones me. When I give them the address to the entrance of the complex, they say I do not have coverage. I then ask if someone can come to my home to see if I have coverage, and then get routed to all different departments for 2 hours and then just get told that they can't do that. I then ask if I can log a query about the coverage map, but get told that they do not do queries??? So I can not log a query by phoning Telkom, I have to log in online and someone will call me back. When will they call me back, if they ever will??!!! This really does not make sense that I can not phone in and log a query.

Best regards,
Just as I thought, it's been a week and nobody has called, thanks for nothing! No thank you Telkom, I will be taking my business to someone else, as I see you interpret the word "Unlimited" a little bit different than others.
The Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa has ruled that having a fair use limit on an unlimited offer is misleading. I'm guessing you do the same on the "Unlimited LTE" service.
