Coverage issues(Telkom Network)

Good day... I have been using telkom for a while now...i even have two telkom contracts which are a telkom sim data only and a telkom mobile contracts...the issue i experience is that im very struggling with telkom network when im at my residential address and its even worse when im at my workplace....i want to understand what is going on with telkom network or the issue might be the area that i live in...i reside in Vereeniging and i have work in Vanderbijlpark..can you come please assist because now im thinking of cancelling and my contracts and move to the other network....i asked alot of people if they experince the same issue and it seems like im not the only one....the telkom coverage is soo minimal...this is so disappointing...please help.
