Coverage in esther park

Dear Telkom, I have been trying to reach your customer care line and it is a apparent that every minute of the day your consults are always busy with other calls as you cant get through to them. I have been struggling for a week now to get internet coverage or make calls in my place (Esther Park). Please advise if this will be sorted soon and if not please contact me so I can cancel my contract with you guys as I can not stand this anymore.
