Courier company used by telkom

Shameful service provided by this company. Not for the first time, same issue. Very frustrating and embarrassing. Not for the first time because I ordered my products from telkom, unfortunately, they use this company as their courier. Customers cannot choose. If I could choose, I would have chosen a different and probably far much better courier company. The staff in their 'customer service department ' are rude. A request to speak to a supervisor to air my frustrations and disappointment was only forwarded to another agent on the same level. That agent even was not interested in sharing his name. Disgusted!

So my story goes, today in the morning, I receive an sms that my telkom order is out for delivery. In the afternoon around 2pm, another message comes informing me that unfortunately the driver could not deliver due to address issues. So I call them, they confirm having my correct number. Anyone with common sense would have immediately contacted me directly to verify the address. No, they don't do that but prefer to rather take the parcel back to their unit. So I wasted the whole day waiting home for nothing. I could not go anywhere because they want to process RICA. Guess what, possibly I will have to wait again for nothing tomorrow or whenever they decide to deliver, with a possibly of sitting with the same issue.

Can't deal with the arrogant staff working in the customer services department for courierit. Very disgusted. Telkom really needs to change this courier company. They are giving Telkom a very very bad name due to their incompetence and rude behavior.
