Couldn't use my data and network sucked for a whole week

A negative star rating would fit you. I haven't been able to use my data and it's close to expiration date. The network has been bad like it's done on purpose that we buy data but can't use it. Calling the customer service numbers don't help they send you a stupid link for WhatsApp but how will you use WhatsApp without data? Can't speak to a consultant, you are just robbing us blind. I think I should just take my business elsewhere. It's appalling!
