Could not reach sales on Sunday and I even went into store but no one could assist

<p>Good day Sir/ Mam</p> <p> </p> <p>I had opted to take a laptop and uncapped deal, however when I went into the Chatsworth Telkom store this Sunday I was advised that the deals for April were discontinued. So instead I opted to call 10213 and speak to sales consultant to advise me best...However, I was advised that Telkom Sales is open till 1pm on a Sunday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a part time student and I need the uncapped internet as data is always an issue, I have finally spoken to an agent this morning but to my dismay the deal no longer includes a wifi extender...</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a loyal customer and unfortunately I did not know these deals were changing come Tuesday as I was unable to get through to anyone and I could not be assisted in store either...We have a double storey house and I study upstairs most of the time so I need the deal that I opted to get on Sunday and could not be assisted, your feedback is eagerly awaited</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you </p> <p>SK Naidoo</p>
