Could a real service provider please stand up???

<p>After a telkom consultant by the name of Carl Van Der Walt at the Cresta branch loaded me on the wrong contract, i was then advised in order to rectify everything i would have to pay a penalty to get me on the contract i went it store and ASKED for. i advised that there is no way i am paying a penalty and there is no way i can be held liable for this if telkom staff cannot perform their duties to the customers specifications. After months of struggling with the incompetence of telkom i am still not on the correct plan and to further add to my woes R20000 was debited from my account and the telkom call centre cannot explain what this was for. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO PROVIDE A SERVICE YOU ARE OFFERING????</p>
