Costomer service cant help

<p>I wanted to put 2 gb of data but i instead put 1 gb.i called to tell them to reverse it and give me 2 gb since i ddnt use that data but the lady told me i must wait 3 days for a technician and i must buy another airtime to purchase another data..u realy are the worse in customer care.u ddnt solve my problem.</p>
