Costing me money

I actually don't like the fact that you forced me to even give them a star!!!! Telkom is the WORST service provider ever!!!! they should remove service out of their vocabulary!!!! It is absolutely impossible to engage on their useless chat platform because it always says "server has disconnected" they also never call you back and there is no way to even email Telkom or a department and the email that you might come across online never replies either!!!!!! I cancelled Telkom on the 31 August and have a reference number. They were paid to date and I don't owe them a cent. Yet they still try debit my account for a monthly service i dont have anymore, then they refund my account for their error BUT every time they make and ERROR it is costing me bank charges.... do you think they would wake up and fix their error??? No they continue to debit and then refund me every month since!!!! TELKOM STOP IT!!!!!
