Telkom are ********** ******* and should be had up for *******ion. They just add services to your account without asking, when I finally get hold of them taking 2 days .....they say the computer did it. Now I had to close my account as they are so useless they could not even correct it. Plus I didnt trust them with just adding amounts to your account. I wake up on Saturday morning to find they are now Debiting my account via a Debit Order and took R403.70 off, with no permission from me. Another day to get hold of the correct department without being cut off 5x I finally got hold of a very sweet capable lady called Tshepang Malebane but she is battling to find out where and which department billed me. TELKOM next time I am calling the ***** department of government against you.
