Been a loyal customer who paid bills over and above the invoiced amount at times - I have a credit balance of R651 which is supposed to be refunded to me after I cancelled my contract. Obviously Telkom don’t want to refund me after I submitted the proof that they needed. It’s a shame we are at the mercy of ******* companies
