******* ******* Telkom!!!!
I have for 2 years now been trying to increase our ADSL line speed. I have gone to Telkom Menlyn and Woodlands, stood in queues... Absolutely no help. I've wasted hours on the phone. Our phone line was always faster but then Telkom reduced my line speed, on purpose tgen called me nonstop to try sell contracts to me!!!

26 Sept 2018, 17:34*** Noleen in the last week I have wasted R200 on phonecalls to Telkom. I line was always set between 4 and 6 Meg. Then Telkom decreased the line speed. In the meantime Imaginet my service provider confirmed that Telkom was responsible for this. Every time I call I'm told the system is offline. Please help
