******* + Cannot Be Trusted + ******** + Attitude

In the beginning of the September month my internet was down, my ADSL line stayed down for two weeks where after no response from Telkom I replaced my router on my own costs. At the end of that month(September) I was billed twice for that month, I went into the Telkom shop in the Centurion Mall and I was both assured and promised by an employee that the next month(October) will be free, that "I have a credit on my account". I normally received my bill between the 16th & 18th of every month. So last month on the 31st I received another bill. After spending countless minutes on the phone with a Telkom employee she told me that it is the bill for last month because I apparently between September & October did not pay. Now Telkom is sending me sms's saying my account will be suspended yet according to also Telkom I have/should have a credit on my account. On entering the Telkom shop in the Mall they simply deny me service by saying they don't deal with account faults. Calling Telkom is like calling a brick wall because they simply won't listen and at the end of each conversation I am just reminded that I have to pay. The best is when speaking with a Telkom agent they get angry and they have an attitude because they are to lazy to do something about the problem. Telkom is clearly the leading ******* company in South Africa. They take advantage of teenagers and old people and ***** money & then cover it up with big words and long conversations on the phone. THEY ***** MONEY!!!!!
