I have been using Telkom for almost 24 months now and I have had numerous problems with Telkom billing me for services that I never received and faults that I have reported and just never gets fixed. I have cancelled my service more than a month ago and my service is still not cancelled. I have even been billed now for a service that was not even working for more than a month due to lines being ******.
