Corroded telephone cables not reported by technicians

We have been experiencing endless problems with our telephone line that has gone dead twice, was reported but never fixed the way it should have been. Technicians have come to work on the line this past Friday and indicated that the previous technician was supposed to report the very badly corroded cables I<br> that supports our telephone line. The technicians assured that they would report the problem and done some work on the line so we could use the phone but there was interference on the line. now the line is dead and we also can't access the internet, again!<br> <br> we just received a message from Telkom saying our fault has been attended to and resolved. This is a lie!<br> <br> We are not able to get through to the call centre and going to a Telkom store has just resulted in frustration. This is very bad service.
