<p>We stay on a small hplding East of Pretoria. Telephone cables were ****** and we were issued with Huwai wireless phones for landline services. this phone worked perfect for many years but went defective now. i took t to Telkom Woodlands to be changed for a similar wireless landline phone but were told the service is discontinued .</p> <p>i phoned 10210 and was given a number 01213 to call but that number does not exist.</p> <p>We are now without a landline and nobody seems concerned to help us. there are still a number of wireless telkom phones operating in this area and surely telkom must be able to replace defective wireless landline phones?</p> <p>Or is this a matter of staff not interested to help but who rather want to sell other telkom products?</p> <p>I need a replacement wireless phone please. I still pay my monthly landline rental</p>
