Copy of contract

Took a contract with Telkom online and was called by one of their subcontractors,agreed on a certain debit order date and not even once have they debited my account on the agreed date. they debit anytime of the month even when i have no funds in the account. queried this and no one was bale to assist me later charged a penalty for them not debiting my account on the agreed date.requested copy of my contract and no one has it they have been taking me from pillar to post. Now my phone has a warranty issue and has to be booked in their stores but their stores advised they only book in with the proof of payment which no one knows who has it.


My advise to anyone who wants to take up a contract with Telkom is DONT!!!!
