Copper to wireless migration faultlines

After 4 weeks of correspondence arm wrestling with Telkom, which started with the arbitrary blocking of my copper line phone on 4 Oct, without delivery of the wireless replacement unit -the latter eventually arrived on 18 Oct after much howling in my part. Next I discovered the new cordless phone is faulty from where the next battle to repair/replace it ensued. On 29 Oct the faulty unit was collected for repairs. On 31 Oct a new replacement cordless unit arrived without a sim card, which I'm unable to test for functionality and or use. The migration migraine continues as I remain without telecoms for close to a month.
