Convused new mobile telkom app

Telkom mobile app, new version, useless, unresponsive, uninformative, non user friendly, Telkom wifi signal great, but un measurable, manageble through app. Mytelkom site looks like its going the same route? ,unfortuanate, would be nice to know exactly , online, whats left for this contract month only, not a 2 month phd conglamorate number. Any stability and sensable relavant data report would be appreciated.
