Converting cancelled line to prepaid

Good day,<br> <br> I want my cancelled line to be changed to a prepaid so I can still use the line as prepaid. At this stage the line is dead and I cant phone or receive any calls.<br> I requested 8ta call centre to make the line a prepaid.
