Conversion request ignored

I requested to convert my number to prepaid at the end of my contract. I submitted my request online (case ********** 7). some called and confirmed it will be done. The 1st of June came & my number is not prepaid. I called the call centre and Happy logged the call with cancellations. I have not heard since then. It is the 5 June today and my number hasn't been converted. I don't know which route to follow as I am being ignored like a stop sign,
