conversion from contract to prepaid

<p>i recently canceled my contract with telkom (telkom mix contract). i specificaly asked them (on more than one occasion) that the number must be converted to prepaid, as i have a guesthouse and this number of mine is printed on my business cards. now they have DELETED my number!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called so many times yesterday (2016-06-03). and each consultant said that there is nothing that can be done. who is going to cover my loss of my business???</p> <p>i please want this number BACK on prepaid by end of working day on monday (2016-06-06).</p> <p>your speedy assistance will be appreciated.</p>
