Convergence handsets - no stock

I have attempted to purchase a home convergence product from Telkom.<br> Telkommobile store was unable to assist and advised me to go to a Telkom Direct store.<br> Telkom Direct Claremont had a queue that did not move for 30 minutes - people were fighting with the manager about standing in the queue for more than 1 hour. I had to leave and visited TelkomDirect Canal walk a few days later.<br> They advise that there are no handsets available for any of the home convergence deals.<br> They are further unable to advise when the situation will improve.<br> <br> Please advise.
