Convenient to Open but a NIGHTMARE to Close!!

To Whom it may Concern,

Since the below requests have been made to close my Telkom Home Landline account, I am yet to receive any feedback confirming this has been actioned. Further to this, I am still being billed for services that have not been required and expect to be refunded.

My attempts to have this account closed include going into one of your stores and having the consultant confirm that this has been sent and received correctly. Even when copied into this request, I have seen no further taken by Mr. Mkhuseli Msongelwa.

I await your feedback at your most earliest convenience! Further details are below.

I am now sending this request to cancel my Telkom account for the 3rd time since August 2017.

I am yet to receive any confirmation that this has been even acknowledged, even after being in one of your stores and speaking with a consultant.

I am still being billed for services that have not been used since 31 August 2017, and request that this be refunded into my account.

Please advice who will be actioning this request and by when.
