Contravention of POPI Act.

I am constantly getting calls from Telkom Fibre Sales. I have repeatedly asked for my number to be deleted from the database. I get atleast 6 to 8 calls from this number each day. This number that calls me constantly is *** ! I want them to delete my number from the database as i feel like I'm being harrassed. I did block the number but I still get sms's which show that the number tried calling me. This is a contravention of the POPI Act.
