Contravention of Electronics Communications Act 36 Of 2005

<p>Nudebt Management send me an sms this morning stating that I am "In Contravention of Electronics Communications Act 36 Of 2005" for not paying a Telkom account.</p> <p>First of all, how can you appoint someone who says things like that, to collect on your accounts.</p> <p>Secondly, this account was cancelled with telkom. We dont stay on that premises anymore and did send the emails to cancel. <br />We have supp**** numerous debt collectors the emails but the account stays active.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do something about this? And please explain how I am in Contravention of Electronics Communications Act 36 Of 2005?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
