CONTRAVENING THE POPI ACT

I have been receiving emails from Collect @nudebt.co.za since the 18/09/2023 for one of their clients. In the emails they are advising that the account is in arrears.

I am not sure why they emailing me, if they should look and use their brains they would see that our surnames are not spelt the same, neither do we share the same name.

I have emailed them and advised that they are emailing the incorrect client. They assured me that my email address would be removed from their systems, low and behold I get another email today advising their customer of "Notice of Judgement".

Please may I ask that you please remove my email address from your systems as this is contravening to the POPI act.
