Contracts is a ******* at Telkom

I recently purchased a phone on a free me 1GB deal for R249.00 per month. I tried recharging and i couldn't but strangely when i tried to call it went through and i thought it came with a package since no one told me about additions. I just received an invoice saying i owe R968.97. Please teach your agents or rather take your money at once i can not be ********** like this. My contract does not have any authorizations for spending limits. Worse i go to the store they say i must contact customer service, and customer service sends me back to the store. No No No!!!!
