CONTRACTS CANCELLATIONS NEVER EFFECTED

Hello Peter, I will really appreciate if you could resolve my issues with Telkom. I have 2 mobile numbers under my name whose contracts have expired. i have been trying to cancel them ever since the time was correct to do so. They have not done so even after a lot of emails and filling of forms they have been asking me to send to them. One expired lat October and the other one this JANUARY. Every time after submitting the forms, i get a lot of calls asking me if i want to renew the contracts. Here are the numbers I would like caancelled: ********** & ********** Thank you. Ella Kungoane
