Contracts Canceled

Good Morning, I'm writing to complain because I have experienced horrible experience with Telkom. Everytime consultant gives different stories, I keep debited even after I paid settlement amount for canceling the contract. Contract was canceled on 20 May 2024. End of June I was debited now just received a statement that the money will be debited end of July 2024.
