Contracts balances

If I could give zero i would. These are my issues with stupid company. 1. I have been trying to settle my contract with you and everytime I call, I get the run around. I went to your shop and I was told to call. I called, I was told to use their dumb WhatsApp self service option which don't give you the option of getting a settlement letter to see how much it's outstanding. I called again and they keep saying for billing press 1. Then 'did you know you could check your account balance om WhatsApp, for WhatsApp link press 1, sms press 2 and to continue press 3' I press 3 then it repeats the same options. I am frustrated 😠 😡 I can't stand it and honestly, I am this 🤏 close to dispute your debit orders. I rather be blacklisted then deal with 💩 services
