Contracts

I have been calling teĺkom for the past three months n I'm not getting help. Telkom has been deducting R430 while my contract with you guys is R217 . This month telkom deducted R2800. This is unacceptable. Your agents are difficult to contact and even if I manage to get hold of them, they are not useful.?????
