Contract with Telkom

Hi , I would also like to share my experience , I took out a contract with Telkom a month and half ago, Since day 1 after my contract , I struggle with Network problems , I cannot get calls in and make calls out , I visit the local branch almost every Second day to fix it ,we have already made several sim card changes but nothing helps, my contact list of names just disappear until they find out that quite possibly be the software on the phone , The local branch manager now wants to log it in and it takes about 21 to 28 working days without assist me with a loan phone and I am doing business with my phone , And no willing to help me , I think they are pathetic in they are service and really disappointed , I also feel they must terminate my contract because ever sins i have this contract its just frustrated me , If you do not fulfill your agreement on the contract they are soon to threaten ,but what know in my case ?
