CONTRACT WITH NO ADS PORTS

Hello I'm Mr sv naidoo I'm very angry I have signed up on a 24 months uncapped ads on my line I have received my modem last week via courier and now there's a other week as gone by and still my line hasn't been converted to DSL yet.<br> <br> I have call 10210 many times they say me that there are no ports available.my question are why sign me up in a contract knowing that there no ports available..now I have a modem with no connection why is this happening. <br> I need my line converted to DSL please before Christmas <br> I believe you guys breached you're wword.also ur call center is useless.i wanted to add a xbox to my account and the call center agents don't know anything of stort..I'm pleading to you have my line converted before Xmas or cancel my deal.
