CONTRACT WAS NOT CANCELED AFTER CANCELATION

Took out a mobile contract with telkom mobile for 24 months and went in store and cancelled contract as i did not want to be apart of this pathetic service provider any longer,i waited for 22 months before i could cancel my contract, the contract was not cancelled and i was being billed monthly ,i went in a about - month before and signed and cancelled this contract but was still being charged every month for usage up til August,why was my contract still active?called telkom to cancel again but still contract was not cancelled and was still being billed. <br> Called the call center and asked why had this happened and was told that i was suppose to cancel over the phone,yet i cancelled in a store and signed for the cancelation,this service provider are ************. the service is pathetic,i asked for my money to be refunded but was told that i used my phone and i would need to pay for my usage,but why was the contract not cancelled in the first place ? I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS SERVICE PROVIDER OR EVER TAKE OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH THEM.
