Contract Upgrade
Is there anyone that could help me with my contract?<br> We are on a 36 month contract for a year on a 15 day + 15 Night surfer LTE Huawei deal. Our Situation has changed and we need more data monthly as I will be working from home. I phoned telkom and they said they could help me to migrate. I went to the closest branch and to my disappointment they turned me away and told me \no-can-do"because I'm on a 36 month contract and no other 36 month contract deals exist to migrate to.<br> <br> We wanted to apply for the 50GB LTE 24 month deal but cant and we are stuck now for the next 2 years. Out of bundle rates are crazy expensive. We need ATLEAST another extra 10-20GB a month but that will cost me an extra R500-R899 which amounts to R1000-R1400 p/m for 40-50GB.."""
